The WDIYFF 2016 juggernaut has begun to roll and we need YOU! We’re looking for friendly, motivated and reliable people with a passion for queer films and arts to join our small team of committed queer film enthusiasts. You don’t need years and years of experience, but we do ask that you have an investment in the queer community and an interest in being involved with Wotever World.

All roles will require a commitment of 5 hours a week initially, increasing as we approach the festival. It is also essential that you have at least one Tuesday evening free per month as meetings will be held before our weekly Bar Wotever night at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern. In return you’ll gain great experience in delivering a queer film festival and meet some really awesome people. This year’s festival will be held in September or October – date TBC.

Please apply to Theresa at woteverfilm@gmail.com with a covering email and CV. You should include the following: why you feel you would be suitable for this role, why queer film and festivals are important to you and any relevant experience you have.

Interviews will be held on Tuesday 23rd Feb and Tuesday 1st March between 5-8pm
Closing date: 21st February

PERFORMANCES CONFIRMED!
We're delighted to confirm two performances at this year's WDIYFF! On Saturday night the gorgeous Danish trans guy band, New Male Privilege (pictured above) will be singing, dancing and generally ribbing cissexism after the screening of Gender Riot. This event will be free but priority will be given to Gender Riot ticket holders. Catch them from 9pm at the Cinema Museum.

Closing this year's festival is Danish glitter activist troupe, Glitterlickin - expect the post-humanist, techno-feminism and a LOT of glitter.
